Ingredients:
Grilled or steamed chicken breast cut in strips
Bean sprouts
Garlic powder
Soya sauce
Seseame oil
Cayenne pepper to taste.
Wash bean sprouts thoroughly and pat dry with a towel. Place in a
bowl and then add cooled grilled or steamed chicken breast cut into
strips. Prepare a sauce of ½ T soya sauce, 3 T sesame oil, salt and
pepper to taste, ¼ tsp garlic powder, and a dash of cayenne pepper.
Pour over chicken and bean sprouts and mix thoroughly. Serve
chilled.
