1 large package softened cream cheese
1 and 1/2 sticks softened butter
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp. cocoa
Sweetener of choice to taste
Mix together well. Place in fridge to harden. Enjoy little bites
throughout
the day to keep those ketones high.
Sometimes I add a couple of tbsps. of sugar free peanut butter for
additional flavor, but this does add carbs.
